Tea at Four Seasons Lounge

The Lounge @ Four Seasons Hotel 

This lounge is one of those see-and-be-seen places many young foodies, business partners and tai-tais love to go. On this day we were there for tea, and were promptly seated after a short wait.

set for two, comes with two coffee or tea.

bottom tier of savoury goods

nothing mind-blowing here, but they were quite enjoyable. My favourites were probably the egg salad with truffle, and the smoked salmon finger sandwich.

top tier of sweet pastries

sweets were a little disappointing. they were room temperature and lacked any 'fresh' quality. the macarons were wet and soft, and the other items weren't particularly good. 

scones - plain and raisin, with cream and choice of apricot and raspberry jams on the side

scones here are one of the better ones you'll find around Hong Kong. these were served warm, and looked very appealing. intentionally made drier so you can take full benefit of the jams and cream, lovely!
